Hello,
My name is Robert Taylor, older brother of Brian Taylor. I am unsure of your relation to my brother but since you are on his list of friends I assume that you used to work with him on a daily basis. I am regretfully writing this letter to inform you my brother has fallen severely ill do to complications of the heart. I am unsure of what to expect in terms of recovery as there are not many options to go with this far along.
